Ms. Fine is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Shaklee Corporation, headquartered in Pleasanton, California.  Ms. Fine joined Shaklee in 1989 as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and has assumed increasing responsibilities during her tenure.  She currently is responsible for law, government relations, field administration, human resources, product quality assurance and risk management.

Prior to her work with Shaklee, Ms. Fine was Senior Counsel with Bank of America NT&SA.  She had 10 years as Associate, then Partner, with Donahue, Gallagher & Woods.

Ms. Fine has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the California Employment Law Council (1991 - present) and is a past President, Smith & Hawkin (1991 to 1993), the Council for Responsible Nutrition (2000 to present) and is currently Treasurer and a Member of the Executive Committee, the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (1996 to 2004), the Hacienda Business Park Owners' Association (2005 - present), the Direct Selling Association (1993 to 1994, 1997 to 1999, 2001 to 2004, and 2005 - present) and the Direct Selling Education Foundation (2001 - 2004).  Ms. Fine also served as a judge pro tem for a number of years.  She is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, and the American Corporate Counsel Association.

Ms. Fine has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.

Ms. Fine and her husband, John, have two children.
